Here Julieann Moran and Fr Eamon Fitzgibbon are interviewed. They talk about what is needed to progress the Synodal Pathway. They note two things from research:
Leadership Training is called for at local level and each diocese needs to set up a Diocesan Synodal Team to drive the process forward at local level. Julieann and Fr Eamon talk about this in the Irish context, but it can be applied to the broader context.
