Dear Sisters,
Our dear Sister Bridget Salmon went peacefully to God a short while ago with her sister Monica and niece Rachael and many Sisters by her side.
May she now rest peacefully in the arms of God.
Bridget has been deteriorating slowly since Maria’s death and we often sensed that she missed Maria even though she was unable to articulate her thoughts.
Her creative and joyful presence will be missed by all, but we are grateful in the knowledge that Sarto and Maria will be ready to welcome her home.
Our love and prayers are with all of the Salmon family as they become accustomed to a world without Bridget.
The funeral will be held on 19 February, details as follows –

Vigil followed by Supper – 4.15pm
Thursday 19 February 2026
Mass – 9.30am
Tea/Coffee – 10.30am
Depart Convent – 11.00am
Burial – 11.30am
